changing your mind about what chocolate means...
in whatever way suits you

To change your mind about what chocolate means, I can offer any number of events that invite participants to learn to taste “better” chocolate (i.e. fine) and discover the world of fine chocolate. Through these experiences, consumers understand how much more than just chocolate flavor resides in bars due terroir, fermentation practices and roasting choices by makers and what it means to buy responsibility.

Mini-lecture: 20 minutes on basics of chocolate
Full lecture: 45 minutes to an hour
Advanced lecture: One hour plus (on topic)
