"TASTE CHOCOLATE BETTER” events invite participants to learn to taste “better” chocolate (i.e. fine) and discover the world of fine chocolate I seek to change people’s minds about what chocolate means and help consumers understand how much more than just chocolate flavor resides in bars due terroir, fermentation practices and roasting choices by makers.

Mini-lecture: 20 minutes on basics of chocolate
Full lecture: 45 minutes to an hour
Advanced lecture: One hour plus (on topic)

Option #1: ProfRomi comes to your house (~45 min to an hour)
Cost: $20 per person (minimum 5 people) + travel
Includes: Mini-lecture + Guided Tasting of 5 fine chocolates


Option #2: You come to ProfRomi (tastings hosted at Southwestern University - one hour)
Cost: $15 per person (minimum 10 people)
Includes: Mini-lecture + Guided Tasting of 4 fine chocolates


Option #3: ProfRomi meets you somewhere (1 hour & 15-30 minutes)
Cost: $10 per person (minimum 25 people) + travel
Includes: Full Lecture + Guided Tasting of 3 fine chocolates

Cost: $50 per hour
